Event Registration Request (New Form)
Thank you for your partnership with KnowledgeConnex!
This online form provides us with the needed information in order to develop your event registration.
Please note that it can take up to five business days before the initial draft of the event registration is available for your review. There are certain times of the year that we experience very high volume of event registration requests.
After you submit this online form, KnowledgeConnex will review your request and send you a support ticket number along with a copy of your submission.

Event Type Definitions
Virtual Meeting — Recorded Webinar(s) Only
Make this selection if your event is a virtual meeting only (recorded webinars only — NO face-to-face meeting and NO live webinars)
Make this selection if the association is offering the webinar(s) as a recording (on demand) using the association’s webinar platform.
The association will need to provide KnowledgeConnex the recording in a .mp4 file format.
This on-demand webinar will then be offered in the KnowledgeConnex Learning Management System (LMS) on elearningconnex.com.
Virtual Meeting — Live and Recorded Webinar(s)
Make this selection if your event is a virtual meeting only (live and recorded webinars only — NO face-to-face meeting)
Make this selection if the association is responsible for hosting a live webinar using the association’s webinar platform.
The association will need to provide KnowledgeConnex the recording in a .mp4 file format.
This on-demand webinar will then be offered in the KnowledgeConnex Learning Management System (LMS) on elearningconnex.com.
Virtual Meeting — Live Webinar Only
Make this selection if the association is responsible for hosting a live webinar using the association’s webinar platform.
* Please note that this is not recommended since you may experience technical issues that may prevent the live webinar from occurring and the registrant will expect to be refunded the registration fee. KnowledgeConnex highly recommends that you make the selection on “Live and Recorded Webinar” instead of “Live Webinar Only.”
Face-to-Face Meeting
Make this selection if your registrants will be attending a meeting in person at a designated location. For example, a quarterly meeting.
Do not make this selection if this is an Annual Meeting that will have educational sessions on multiple days, exhibitors, etc. If this is the case, then select “Annual Meeting” event type below.
Hybrid Meeting — Face-to-Face Meeting and Live Webinar
Make this selection if your registrants will be attending a meeting in person at a designated location and your association will be hosting a live webinar using the association’s webinar platform that will be available for remote registrants during the face-to-face meeting.
KnowledgeConnex recommends that you plan to also record the webinar since you may experience technical issues that may prevent the live webinar from occurring and the registrant will expect to be refunded the registration fee.
Annual Meeting
Make this selection if your meeting is an event where you may have educational sessions on multiple days, you may have exhibitors, etc. Once selected, you will be asked if this is a hybrid meeting.
Make this selection if your Annual Meeting is a face-to-face meeting or is a hybrid meeting (face-to-face meeting and virtual).
If your Annual Meeting is NOT face-to-face, then make the selection for Virtual Meeting — Recorded Webinar(s) Only OR Virtual Meeting — Live and Recorded Webinar(s)
Online Education Course
Make this selection if your event is an online education course and is not a webinar. For example, an online exam prep course.
