CEO
Erin joined KnowledgeConnex as CEO in 2024 as an accomplished leader with over 15 years of executive experience. She has a passion for driving client and employee success and was awarded the 2021 Frost & Sullivan Customer Value Leadership Award. Before joining our team, Erin most recently led the Client Operations teams for Autotrader and Kelley Blue Book (Cox Automotive). After spending most of her career as a proud college dropout, she completed her B.A. in Business Leadership in 2017. In 2023, she earned a Master’s Degree in Industrial-Organizational Psychology at the University of Georgia (Go Dawgs!). Whether it’s through formal education, reading, webinars, or podcasts, Erin’s thirst for learning drives her to find lessons in everything around her. She is committed to personal and professional growth to add value for every stakeholder.
Erin enjoys using her leadership skills within the non-profit world; she has served on the Board of Directors for Year Up Greater Atlanta and as Chair of PAWS Atlanta’s Board of Directors.
Christy Geary

Christy is originally from Houston, TX, where she began her career as a trade analyst and provided project management and development for a Fortune 500 company.
Christy joined the KnowledgeConnex team in October 2014.
Kevin S. Dulany
Lead Web Developer
Kevin retired from the U.S. Navy after 20 years of service as an intelligence analyst, during which time he began to learn web development. After retiring, he decided to pursue web development as a career and went to college earning a degree with honors.
Kevin currently lives in his home state of Florida with his wife of 30+ years.
He joined the KnowledgeConnex team as the Lead Web Developer in July 2021.
Stephanie Lancaster
Communications Specialist
Stephanie comes to KnowledgeConnex with a strong background in healthcare and education. She spent five years in the genetic laboratory field, supporting providers and patients through insurance verification, test coordination, and customer service. She also brings ten years of experience in Special Education, where she worked closely with students, families, and school teams to support individualized learning needs. Stephanie lives in Utah with her husband, son, and their dog.
Stephanie joined the KnowledgeConnex team in November 2025.
Victoria McCracken Acosta
Marketing Communications Coordinator
Victoria is an experienced marketing and communications professional with a degree in English Literature with an emphasis in Editing from Brigham Young University in Provo, UT. She has almost ten years of experience in the marketing field, mostly focused on SEO and content creation/editing. A bit of a perfectionist, Victoria is driven to make sure that clients have the best possible experience and is always happy to go that extra mile to make sure that needs are being met.
Victoria joined the KnowledgeConnex team in March 2020.
Phyllis Williams

Phyllis has over 10 years of experience as a marketing professional in both large corporate environments and small private business settings. She focused on digital campaigns, print layout, public relations, and event management.
Phyllis grew up in Greenville, TX, and Laguna Beach, CA, but made her way back to Austin, TX, where she has lived for over 20 years. She has a B.A. in Psychology from Long Beach State University and has a son of whom she is very proud. She joined KnowledgeConnex in June 2022.
