The QR Code Scanning process allows you to check in your registrants in record time.
QR Code scanning is only available at the event level. Scanning a registrant QR code at any point after day 1, will mark the registrant attended for the entire event. Daily Check-in with QR Code is currently not available.
The QR Code Scanning Application can be downloaded on iPHONE or ANDROID and offers an offline scanning option.

Registration QR Code Scanning for Check in can be requested at anytime prior to the event.
- If requested during development, we will include the Registration QR code on confirmation emails. SCREENSHOT
- We will provide you with a Registration QR Code list for all registered Attendees and Exhibitors to use at your Registration Desk the day before the event.
- Registration QR Codes can be included on Name Badges.

Name Badges are available in the following sizes:
- Avery 5390 (2-1/4″ x 3-1/2″)
- Avery 5395 (compatible with 8395) (2-1/3″ x 3-3/8″)
- Avery 5392 (compatible with 5384, 74536, 74541) (3″ x 4″)
QR Codes require a certain amount of space on the name badges, therefore we recommend you use the largest template you can accomodate.
Step 2
For Account Code, please enter: KCX
For Class/Event ID, please enter the code KnowledgeConnex provides you.
Slide the offline scanning button to the OFF position. (slide left)
Click Enter button
Step 3
Click “Accept and Start Scanning” button.
Step 4
Point the camera at the registrant’s QR code to scan it.
Step 5
Once scanned, you will see a pop up box with the registrant’s name.
Click OK to confim.
The app will then be ready to scan the next registrant.
Attendance for the scanned registrant will now be reflected in the System.
