Introduction

The Association for Utah Community Health (AUCH) is a membership association comprised of Utah’s Federally Qualified Health Centers and allied not-for-profit health care organizations. AUCH is a busy, team-oriented non-profit organization that represents and supports its membership by providing trainings and technical assistance, policy analysis and services to improve the quality of and access to comprehensive health care services. AUCH is looking for an experienced and technically savvy Clinical Informatics Coordinator to join our team to provide clinical information systems support, troubleshooting, and improvements.
Organizational Background/Mission
For over 30 years, AUCH has represented Utah’s health centers and their patients. As Utah’s federally designated Primary Care Association and Health Center Controlled Network, we provide over 12,000 hours of training and technical assistance each year. Our membership is comprised primarily of Utah’s health centers. Utah’s health centers provide comprehensive, high-quality primary and preventive health care services to all individuals, with or without insurance, regardless of ability to pay. Health centers are community-based, patient-directed organizations that eliminate geographical and financial barriers and serve populations with limited access to care. In support of our members and the people they serve, AUCH helps reduce barriers to health care through health promotion, community engagement, education, and policy analysis. AUCH receives federal, state, and private program support to improve the quality of and access to comprehensive health care services.
