Introduction
WHA Information Center, a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Wisconsin Hospital Association, is dedicated to collecting, analyzing and disseminating complete, accurate and timely data and reports about charges, utilization, quality and efficiency provided by Wisconsin hospitals, ambulatory surgery centers and other health care providers. We are seeking a qualified candidate for a Program Specialist role.

Job Description
The Program Specialist is responsible for facilitating the collection of survey data and information from WHAIC customers, monitoring, and ensuring the accuracy, timeliness, and completeness of the data/information received (including claims data) and assisting WHAIC with other initiatives and administrative functions.
This position demands excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, superb organization skills, a resilient and positive attitude, initiative, and a willingness to take on and collaborate on other initiatives.
Required Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years’ experience with data coordination, administrative functions and process improvements. The ability to read and comprehend material in the State Statute, Federal Regulations and WHAIC Manuals to answer questions in a professional manner.
Education Qualifications
A bachelor’s degree is preferred, but not required.
