Help Improve WakeMed as an Integrity Program Auditor – Corporate Integrity & Compliance (Full-Time)


The Integrity Program Auditor is responsible for implementation of the Corporate Compliance Plan. This position ensures compliance within Compliance policies and procedures and regulatory requirements. You will identify areas of risk utilizing regulatory guidance and benchmark tools and assist in developing action plans for improvement. You will also provide immediate feedback to appropriate parties regarding corrective action. As the Integrity Program Auditor, you must review processes and/or policies and provide recommendations for improvement.

  • 4 Years of experience – Auditing, Compliance, and Accounting/Finance or Revenue Cycle and Education or Teaching and Facilitation of Learning and Process Improvement required
  • 5 Years Related Position Experience Preferred
  • 10 Years Related Position Experience in Lieu of Degree
  • Bachelor’s Degree Business Administration, Accounting, Nursing, or Related Field Required
  • Registered Health Information Administrator, Registered Health Information Technician, Certified Coding Specialist/Physician, Certified Coding Associate, Certified Professional Coder, Certified in Healthcare Compliance, Certified Documentation Improvement Practitioner, Certified Fraud Examiner or Registered Nurse Required


Work Schedule:

  • Hours of Work: 8:00 am – 5:00 pm
  • Weekend Requirements: No Weekends
  • Call Requirements: None
