This service can be used by any event planners to provide convenience for their attendees while reducing the workload of their staff.

What type of payment methods do you accept?
Checks, Mastercard, Visa, and American Express.

What if someone wants to pay by check instead of a credit card?
RegistrationConnex can process checks as well as credit cards. Clients can choose to have RegistrationConnex receive and process the checks or a client can process checks directly and use RegistrationConnex to simply track registrations.

Am I required to create the registration form and administrative reports?
No.  We do all of the work for you!  Just send us a copy of your registration forms along with the description of your needed administrative reports.  We will create the registration forms and reports for you.

How are the online event registration forms linked to my site?
This can be done in one of two ways:

Link RegistrationConnex's online event registration forms to an event description page on your website. 
 

If you are using AssociationConnex, host the online event registration forms directly on your site.

Are the online registration forms customized to my website's look and feel?

RegistrationConnex's forms design consistently maintains your organization's identity. To the visitor the forms look seamlessly integrated with your website. The "Powered by KnowledgeConnex" logo is placed at the bottom of the page.

 

Are administrative reports easily accessible?
Reports are available 24x7 to allow for easy access to up-to-the-minute event registration, attendee, contact or other information.

 

Can I export report information?
Yes!  You can export data for special analysis or migration easily.  Each report can be extracted into a file on your computer. The data can be analyzed and visualized using Excel or other applications.

 

Is the RegistrationConnex website secure?
Yes, the web site is secure on any web page where the user is required to enter  personal information. For example, on the page where the registrant enters the name, address, email, credit card information, etc. the pages are fully secured using 128 bit SSL (Secure Socket Layer).

 

How do I create name badges for my events?

RegistrationConnex provides the convenience to print badges in batches, sorted by name or by event.   We will create name badges for you with your logo or you can download the badge information into an Excel file and print them using other means.


Can I pre-load my target audience for email marketing?

Yes. This will be particularly useful when announcing your event.  RegistrationConnex will personalize each email using the email addresses that you provide us or obtained in your previous events. When the person reading the email clicks on the personalized link, the online event registration form appears. Such personalized emails are known to increase response rates.
